She was predeceased by: her husband Hermann Helms; her parents, Edgar Simon and Leontine (Osoling); and her siblings, Harry, Jetty (Kurt) and Wido.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela (Rod) and Sylvia; and her grandchildren, Sarah (Kyle), Uroma and Olivia.
