He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tape and Bessie Tape; and his former wife Beverly. He is survived by: his wife Judith Dinsdale; his daughters, Cynthia (Ziyaad) and Sandra (Rocco); his grandchildren, Alex, Eva (Brendan), Natalya (Tom), Jacob, Lucas (Anastacia), Lawrence and Rose; his great grandchildren, Austen and Adele; his stepsons, Christopher and Brian; and his siblings, Margaret, Robert (Helen) and Carolyn (Richard). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pinecrest Remembrance Services (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
