She was predeceased by: her sister Cindy; and her parents, Ian Smith and Joyce Smith. She is survived by: her husband John D. Maxwell; her children, Heather (Mitchell), Michael and Jennifer (Victor); her grandson Lucas; and her siblings, Sandra (Dave) and Glen (Cassandra).
