With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patricia Lucille Chambers (Ottawa, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cornelis Slegtenhorst and Johanna Slegtenhorst; her siblings, Joyce Tambay, Henry Slegtenhorst and Andrew Slegtenhorst; her children, Amber Slegtenhorst (Miguel), Isaac (Brian) and Dawn Chambers (Sam); and her grandchildren, Kayla (Eric), Samantha, Sahara, Jahleena, Nehemiah, River, Eliseo, Luciana, Alejandra, Isaiah, Luca and Sebastian.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendrier Tubman Funeral Home (Westboro Chapel) (403 Richmond Rd, Ottawa, ON K2A0E9).
