We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2021, at the age of 76, Patricia Thom (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Cyprian Campbell and Florence Patricia Campbell (Nee MacIsaac); her grandson Jonas Mitchell; and her sibling Virgina Dominique. She is survived by : her significant other Terry Thom; her children, Glen Campbell (Judy), Paola Montanaro (Dave), Donna Osborne (Brent) and Tony Montanaro; her grandchildren, Cody Campbell, Sarah Osborne, Brittany Bell, Hannah Osborne, Brandon Swain, Kennedy, Graceson and Kaine Montanaro; her great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Cameron and Zachary Campbell; and her siblings, Sandra Ducey, Isabelle Allison, Michael Campbell, Donald Campbell, Judy O'Reilly and Paul Campbell.

Funeral Service will be Celebrated at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry on Wednesday, April 21 at 10:30 am, due to COVID restrictions.

In memoriam donations to CHEO or the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
