It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peter Meincke (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on July 21, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Peter Meincke to show support.

He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Mallinson; and his parents, Paul Meincke and Marie Winther. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Meincke (Helen Cullen) of Ottawa and Carolyn Williams (Eric) of Ottawa; his grandson Colin Williams; his brother-in-law Vernon Mallinson (Genevieve); his nieces, Suzanne, Sherri, Cathy and Paula; his nephew Mark Mallinson; his girlfriend Susan Williams of Ottawa; Baxter Williams (Lynn Marchildon) of Ottawa, Owen Williams (Rebecca Morris) of Rossland, B. C. and Trevor Williams (Marta Borowski) of Toronto.

Donations to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation or the UPEI Annual Fund gratefully accepted.

“I worked with Peter for a short time on the Gala event with Doctors Without Borders as be a member of RCS. He and I both agreed on this being a great idea! Also, he and Susan gave the most lovely Garden Parties, which I attended, and, most appreciated event! Peter was someone I felt I could call to ask for help. This is the type of man I feel he projected within himself and outward in his surrounding life! I have the utmost total "Respect" for him being a Lovely person/man! Blessings of Love!”
