It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter William Rath (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on October 9, 2025, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Peter William Rath to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rath and Ruth Rath. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha (Chris Dickinson); his grandchildren, Jerzy, Jordyn and Genavieve; his stepson Sio O'Connor; his parents-in-law, Wayne and Patricia McCorrister; his siblings, Ellen Rath, Heidi Rath (David O'Heare), Paul Rath of Alberta and Christopher Rath (Jean) of Saskatchewan; and his pets, Austen-Cooper, Cassiopeia and Cassius Clay. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Marshes Golf Club (320 Terry Fox Dr, Ottawa, ON K2K3L1).
