Randoll Cecil Armstrong Obituary
We bid farewell to Randoll Cecil Armstrong (Ottawa, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 23, 2025 at the age of 58. Randoll touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Graham Armstrong and Marion Armstrong; his sister Elizabeth; his parents-in-law, Arnold and Mien Visser; and his brother-in-law Jos Crooy.
He is survived by: his wife Philomena Visser; his brothers, Rick (Colleen) and Ray; and his siblings-in-law, Gerry (Petra), Annie (Pete Wendzich) and Mia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carp Agriculture Hall (3790 Carp Rd, Ottawa, ON K0A1L0).
