Réjeanne Baron Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Réjeanne Baron (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on February 15, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Réjeanne Baron to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Baron; her parents, René Gourgon and Lorette Bélanger; and her granddaughter Valérie. She is survived by: her children, Rachelle (Marc), Denis (Linda), Sylvie, Julie and Manon (Marc); her grandchildren, Daniel, Alain, Roxanne, André, Mélanie, Josée, Alexandre, Jesse, Joshua, Jake, Jenna, Mathieux and Jonathan; and her great grandchildren, Alexia, Mélodie, William, Maëlle, Joël, Loïc, Théo, Patrick, Amélie, Ève, Mayah, Jacob, Mélody, Caleb, Coralie, Sophia, Délina, Camélia and Benjamin. She is also survived by many sisters and brothers, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, February 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Paroisse Saint Sébastien Parish (1000 Frances St, Ottawa, ON K1K 3L5).
