It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rheal L. Joly Sr. (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his sister Georgette. He is survived by : his children, Rachel, Carole, Lynne, Rhéal Jr., Marc, Christine, Chantal and Natalie; and his siblings, Arthur, Jean-Marie, Lorraine, Lucille, Sylvaine, Fleurette, Pierrette and Denise. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, grandchildren and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica (385 Sussex Dr, Ottawa, ON K1N5J9). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
