He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Elichuk and Pauline Elichuk; and his wife Marbeth (Lebrun). He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Forestell, Elizabeth Lebrun, Stephen Forestell and Cliff Lebrun. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

For those wishing to do so, memorial contributions to the Ottawa Food Bank or Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind would be appreciated.
