He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara Salter; his parents, Acile Salter and Evelyn Salter; and his sister Cheryl Findley. He is survived by: his wife Rita Olson; his children, Kimberley (Marcel), Steven (Wendy) and Marc (Sharon); his stepdaughters, Melissa (Walter), Kathleen (Jean) and Krista (Noel); his grandchildren, Owen, Liam, Julia, Caleb, Mackenzie, Kaelan, Grace, Nicholas and Ava; his siblings, Nancy Weston (late John), Mary Horning (Lee) and Rae Salter (Lyne); and his friend Carson Grove. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins.
