He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; his son Rob; his granddaughter Tori; and his siblings, Audrey and Lou.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Houlahan (Pat), Steve (Elaine), Paul (Kim), Doug and Ann (Kevin); his daughter-in-law Bobbie; and his siblings, Don and Norma. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
