He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert V. Ouellette and Léontine M. Ouellette; and his brother Jean. He is survived by : his siblings, Marie Édith Ouellette of Lévis and Paul Ouellette of Ottawa; his children, Alexandre Ouellette of Windsor and Roxanne Ouellette of Saskatoon; and his cousins, Pauline Ouellette of Kapuskasing, Marc Ouellette of Toronto and Raymonde Ouellette of Sudbury.

In accordance with current COVID protocols, guests must be double vaccinated; proof of vaccination will be required at the door and masks must be worn.

He was struck down by Alzheimer's disease.
