He was predeceased by: his parents, Raphael Hickey and Jacqueline Pilon; his wife Sheila Sullivan; and his sister Therese Hickey. He is survived by: his daughter Julie (Melanie Peters); and his siblings, Michel (Alexis Plunkett), Denis (Della Figiel), Joanne (Richard Lachaine) and Pierre (Sylvie Dufour).

Due to the covid-19 restrictions, the funeral will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
