He is survived by: his wife Ruth "Peggy"; his children, Shawn (Carol) and Colleen McBride; his grandchildren, Kyle and Connor McBride; and his sisters, Irene Taber (late Edgar) of Ottawa, Josie Laframboise and Sheila Edwards (late Richard) of San Diego.
