He was predeceased by: his former wife Georgette LaRocque; his parents, Wilfred Louis Belair and Muriel (Hiscoe); his siblings, Gordon, Gerry, Maurice and Joan; and his sister-in-law Cleone.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Albert; and his in-laws, Yvonne and Denise. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews of his brothers and sister.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Notre Dame Cemetery (455 Montréal Rd, Ottawa, ON K1K0V3). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Cimetière Notre-Dame D'Ottawa (455 Montréal Rd, Ottawa, ON K1K0V2).
