He is survived by: his wife Françoise Halpin; his children, Sarah (Pablo) and Alexei (Melanie); his grandchildren, Yann, Noémi, Hugo and Simon; his siblings, Janet, Helen and Brian Halpin; his siblings-in-law, Anne and Benoit Lacasse; and his nephews, Dan and Gary Lacasse.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & Mc (315 McLeod St, Ottawa, ON K2P1A2).
