He was predeceased by: his wife Bertha (McCarthy); and his parents, Mary Knipe (Mead) and Walter Knipe of Brentwood. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Heather Clarke (late George), Jim Grant (Judy), Garry Grant (Ellen), Cheryl Brown (Barry) and Barbara Engelky of California; and his friends, Debbie, Gail, George and Marguerite.
