We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2023, at the age of 83, Ross Armstrong (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his brother Elgan Armstrong. He is survived by : his wife Doris Armstrong (Stacey); his daughters, Rhonda DiMarco (Louis) and Cindy Armstrong (Jason Fitzpatrick); his grandchildren, Brittany Gerald (Jay), Christopher McBurney (Natasha), Eric Armstrong, Tanner McBurney, Colin Armstrong (Amber Griffin) and Bailey McBurney; his great grandchildren, Olivia Gerald, Mya Gerald, Mason Armstrong, Airlie McBurney and Cruz McBurney; and his sister Fern Colwell (Patrick).

Visitation was held on Friday, September 15th 2023 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM and at 1:45 PM at the Stonehaven Community Church (2 Stonehaven Dr, Kanata, ON K2M2P9). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 15th 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ross can be made to the ACE Unit (Acute Care of the Elderly) at the Queensway Carleton Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society. In memory of Ross Armstrong, please consider making a donation to one of the following charities: Canadian Cancer Society.
