She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Herd; her siblings, Jack Hoyt and Doris Knight; and her granddaughter Natalie Ruth Todd. She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Dimitroff (David), Bruce (Kate), Marg Todd (Rick) and Phillip; her grandchildren, Jennifer Crane (Greg), Stephanie Dimitroff, Matthew Todd (Tara), Alli Bahm (Linden), Cheryl Anne Herd (Cam) and John Herd; her great grandchildren, Ellasyn, Abrielle, Lyla, Sloane, Mayes, Findlay, Everly, Emily, Tyler, Abby and Mitchell; her sister Irene MacMackin; and her great great grandchildren, Oliver, Hudson, Paisley and William.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's United Church (3452 McBean St, Richmond, ON K0A2Z0). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at the St. Paul's United Church Cemetery (3452 McBean St, Richmond, ON K0A2Z0).
