Ruth Laurie Van left this world on May 28, 2025 at the age of 68, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Ramsay and Audrey Ramsay; and her siblings, Linda (late Dalton Mullin), Patricia (Don Dillon), David, Randy (Christine) and Brent (Carol).

She is survived by: her husband Mark; her sons, Jason, Jeremy (Kara) and Justin; and her siblings, Jeffrey (Hughette), Faith (Michel Pinard), Grace (Jim Marsden), Donald (Jana) and Charles (Susan). She is also survived by her many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
