With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Samantha Sanders of Ottawa, Ontario, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Samantha left this world on September 9, 2025 at the age of 58, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Henk Lie and Lesley Lie; her husband Christopher Sanders; her daughter Victoria Klassen (Robert); her siblings, Tracy Rivard (Patrick), Jonathan Lie (Kristen) and Jason Lie (Andrea); her brothers-in-law, Terry and Michael Sanders (Heather); her nephews, Brienne (Hannah), Jordan, Lily-Anne (Alexandra), Addison, Ryan, Jackson, Travis, Troy, Andrew and Matthew; her father-in-law Patrick Sanders; her sisters-in-law, Debbie Sanders and Susan Sanders; and her pet Muffin.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Samantha's memory to Camp Quality Eastern Ontario, an organization close to her daughter's heart.

Her always upbeat personality & positive demeanor were something to admire. From our times hanging out at the pool., to shared yoga classes, resin art classes, and dinners out with her & Chris, we had a lot of fun and laughs. She was truly one of a kind.
