It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Louise Hubert Meehan (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on June 24, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her child Colonel Jake Galuga (Lise); her granddaughters, Sophie and Madeleine; her siblings, Robert Hubert (Leanne) and Phyllis Timleck (Derry); her parents, Henry Hubert and Bork of Ottawa, ON.; and her husband Patrick Meehan.
