It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sara Vered (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on February 27, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Zeev; her children, Gilad (Susan), Ron and Arnie (Liz); her grandchildren, Ariel, Danya (David), Jordana, Alexandra, Elie (Sonya), Michael (Veronica), Tori, Ben, Daniel, Kiera and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Mila, Yara and Dahlia; her parents, Eliyahu Harpak and Rachel Harpak; and her siblings, Yitzhak, Yaacov and Tova.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 1st 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Congregation Machzikei Hadas (2310 Virginia Dr, Ottawa, ON K1H6S2). For information about Shiva, please contact the family.
