Shaptarshi Bhowmik Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shaptarshi Bhowmik (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on August 24, 2021 at the age of 20. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Suparna Sarker and Jayanta Bhowmik; his brother Shashwata; his cousins, Oishi, Raj, Ribhu, Shounak and Sohaum; his aunts and uncles, Prashanta, Aparna, Subrata, Gopal, Sumana and Radha; his grandparents, Induprobha Bhowmik and Aparna Sarker; his friends, Mathew and Tanus; and his pet Mira. He is also survived by the loving son of his parents.

Due to the Pandemic, only a small group of family and friends can attend the funeral.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donations to the Children Hospital of Eastern Ontario, Ottawa, Canada.
