She was predeceased by: her spouse Emile Hashem; her children, Hisham (Adma Kiwan), Khaled (Soraya Azam) and Ramsey (Cheri Palmer); her siblings, Khalil (Leila Abou Kalam), Salima (late Fouad Nahra), Rachid (Zoila Perez) and Soumaya (Fares Sabbagh); and her nibling Fawzi of Ottawa.

She is survived by: her children, Zeina and Rhonda (Chadi Jeshi); her grandchildren, Nataly (Olivier Ragain), Emily (James Fredericks), Carly (Kristopher Lavoie), Emile, Serena, Patrick, Gracen, Emilie Hashem and Dalia Jeshi; her great grandchildren, Luca, Ella, Milo, Sophia, Rafael, Theo and Lina; and her nieces and nephews, Assad of Ottawa, Ibrahim of Ottawa, Olinda Habib of Ottawa, Hala of Ottawa, Rami of Ottawa, Mazen Sabbagh of Ottawa, Emad of Ottawa and Arlette Hashem of Ottawa.
