Stephen’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Deborah; his child Ryan (Lisa); his grandchild Freya; and his siblings, Jeff (Bev), Terry (Tracy) and Nancy Frame (Rod). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kars Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes (1610 Roger Stevens Dr, Kars, ON K0A2E0). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Kars Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes (1610 Roger Stevens Dr, Ottawa, ON K0A2E0).
