Sylvia (Kulisch) Fogel Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on May 31, 2025, Sylvia (Kulisch) Fogel of Ottawa, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harry (Heniek); her parents, Chaia Kulisch and Israel Kulisch; and her siblings, Basia (Joseph Kaminer), Fishel Kulisch and Moishe Kulisch.
She is survived by: her children, Ida, Frank Cwilich, Walter and Karen Fogel; her great grandchildren, Maya Ella, Jacob Heniek and Levi Peter Fogel; and her caregiver Mona Hamburg. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, family and friends.
