We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2021, at the age of 101, Sylvia Hernandez (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Peter; her son Peter; her parents, Maude and Arthur; and her siblings, Enid, Ena and Sonny.
She is survived by: her children, Francesca (Gary), Ronald, Carlos and Raymond; her granddaughters, Samantha (Jason) and Stefanie (Jonathan); and her great grandchildren, Sebastian, Benjamin, Charlotte, Isla and Eva. She is also survived by her family and friends.
Due to Covid restrictions a Celebration of Life ceremony will be conducted at a later date at Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel.
