She was predeceased by : her husband Richard Wood; and her daughter Linda Chrulenko. She is survived by : her daughters, Marianne (Roger) and Kathy (Jim); her stepson Ted (Heather); and her granddaughters, Andrea, Krystal and Amber.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home (1411 Hunt Club Rd, Ottawa, ON K1V1A6). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Christ the Saviour Orthodox Church (58 Arthur St, Ottawa, ON K1R6P7).
