Theodore Allen Carruthers Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theodore Allen Carruthers (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on October 15, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Georgina Carruthers; his children, Cynthia, Rick and Allayne; his grandchildren, Jenna McIntire, Serena McIntire and Justin Slyk; his siblings, Gwen Falls (late Lloyd), Patricia Carroll, George Carruthers (Margaret), Stuart Carruthers (Katherine), Carolyn O'Malley (late Gerald), Lois Tardiff (Guy), Donald Carruthers (Karen) and David Carruthers; his parents, Sadler Carruthers and Norma Carruthers; his stepdaughter Sandy McGill; his granddaughter Kimberly Michalko; his nephew Brent Carruthers; his great-uncle Ted; and his former wife Helen Porteous (Porteous). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, and grandnieces and grand nephews.
