He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Madden and Muriel Madden. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Walsh; his siblings, John Madden, Carol Chartrand (Richard), Patricia Amos (Michael), Nancy Etherington (Ian), Susan Hennigan (Brendan), James Madden (Isabel) and Catherine Drabble (Douglas); his mother-in-law Elaine Walsh (late Joseph); and his siblings-in-law, Joanne Walsh (Richard), Alain Goudreau (late Carolyn), Matthew Walsh (Corinna) and John Walsh (Leona). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & Mc (315 McLeod St, Ottawa, ON K2P1A2). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Saint Patrick's Basilica (220 Kent St, Ottawa, ON K1R5G2).
