He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Ellen McN Barr; his parents, Thomas Barr and Mary Bonner Barr; and his sister Geraldine Martienssen. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa (Rawle); his grandchild Graeme; and his nephews, Alan and Robert Martienssen.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & Mc (150 Woodroffe Ave, Ottawa, ON K2A3T9). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
