He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Garrard (Rex) and Margaret Garrard. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his sons, David (Jeannie), Michael (Kate) and Jack (Suzie); and his grandchildren, Oliver, Maya and Sophie.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Tubman Funeral Homes Westboro Chapel (403 Richmond Rd, Ottawa, ON K2A0E9).
