He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Welsh and John Welsh. He is survived by: his brother Terrence (Patsy); and his nieces, Lisa (Ben Ham) and Jennifer (Chris Dean).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM at the Resurrection of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church (1940 Saunderson Dr, Ottawa, ON K1G2C9). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Resurrection of Our Lord Church (1940 Saunderson Dr, Ottawa, ON K1G2C9). A reception will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Resurrection of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church (1940 Saunderson Dr, Ottawa, ON K1G2C9).
