He is survived by: his spouse Sakunthala; his children, Ahalya, Mathialagan (Auckland), Anpalahan of London, U. K and Caring; his children-in-law, Sivathayalan (Ottawa), Kausalya (Auckland), Usha (London), Meenatharsini (Melbourne) and Affectionate; his sibling Affectionate; his siblings-in-law, Sundramoorthy and Umapathy; and his grandchildren, Janani, Ashok, Mythili, Aksaya, Neelesh, Kylesh, Kaaviyah and Oppielahn.
