Vladimir will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Raisa Lukina; his child Konstantin Loukine (Lidia); and his grandchildren, Matthew and Maxim Loukine.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery (3700 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K4M1B2).
