He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Cody; his son Patrick Paul Augustine Cody; his parents, Augustine Archdeacon Cody and Maria Cody; and his siblings, Kathleen "Kit" Horner, Eileen Phillips, Sheila Martin and Vincent Cody.
He is survived by: his children, William "Billy" James Cody (Lise), Jayne Gogarty and Jo-Anne Cody; and his grandchildren, Krystal, Patrick and Kaitlyn Gogarty. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
