With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Simpson (Ottawa, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 1, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Simpson and Linda St-Louis. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Franche; his children, David Simpson and Brigitte Leveille; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Tristan; and his siblings, Robert, Laurence, Alexander, Allen, Jimmy, Nelson, Raymond, Danny, Bernard, Phyllis and Rosemary.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home (180 Montréal Rd, Ottawa, ON K1L1B4). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish (320 Olmstead St, Ottawa, ON K1L7N5).
