Winnifred Gail MacKenzie Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Winnifred Gail MacKenzie (Ottawa, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 1, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Barbaro and Sam Barbaro; her siblings, Donald Barbaro, Forbes (Lorraine) and Betty Michael (Bill); and her nephew Stephen MacKenzie.

She is survived by: her son Robin Bowes (Michelle Cousineau); her grandsons, Kellen Bowes (Veronica) and Shawn Bowes (Bobbie); her siblings, Deborah Robinson (Mitchell) and Anthony Barbaro (Judith); her husband Jim; her niece Michelle Quesnelle (Greg) of Barrie Ontario; Chantelle Tippin (Kyle) of Barrie. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.

Donations in their memory to the Salvation Army, the Alzheimer Society or to MS Canada will be welcomed.
