She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Frederick Shearer; her parents, Cecil Hooker and Laura Hooker (McIntyre); her sister Dolores Hallam; and also, The Shearer, Donna and Marg.
She is survived by: her child-in-law Charles Alward (Mandy); her children, Colleen (Brent Belore), Ryan Alward (Sandy), Cristin (Dave Hainer), Shelley (Dave Vickers), Lindsay Neale (Travis Grubb), Michelle (Connie Quesenberry), Deb (Richard Muth), London, Althea Shearer (Jerry Deadman), Woodstock, Tabitha White and Casey (Greg Dolmer); her great grandchildren, Alana, Dylan Belore, Lauren, John Alward, Mia, Russell Hainer, Caleb Grubb, Mathew White, Georgia and Owen Dolmer; and her siblings-in-law, Millie Shearer and Richard Hallam of Tillsonburg. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations in Margaret's memory are payable (by cheque) to the "T.D.M.H. (Edgar DeSutter Dialysis Unit)" or the "Canadian Cancer Society" or to any charity of your choice, would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
