He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Kempton (Matthews) and Ernest Charles Wilkins; and his siblings, Jessie (Burt), Elsie (Jim), Louise (Ken), Gladys (Howard), Dorothy (Ed), Harry (Grace) and Charlie (Mayme).

He is survived by: his sister Donna (Clarke Zinn); his sons, Robert (Maureen) of Dungannon and James (Cindy) of Powell River, B. C.; his wife Marie (Smyth); his children, Debbie Wilkins (Ralph McAdam) of Holmesville and Beverly Morgan (Robert) of Southampton; his grandchildren, Catherine (Kevin), Steve, Melissa (Greg), Dustin, Tanissa and Jordan; and his great grandchildren, Jonathan (Torri), Hayden, Morgan, Zoie, Harper, Sadie and Liam.

Memorial donations to the Chesley Community Church or the Chesley Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
