He was predeceased by : his parents, Edgar Hills and Elizabeth Hills (Crowe); his sisters, Marguerite Gilmore and Helen Robertson; and his siblings-in-law, Ivan Gilmore, Elwood Robertson, Claire Roth, Cliff Campbell, Archie Campbell and Isobel Campbell.

He is survived by : his wife Gladys (Capling); his children, Margaret Hills, Ian Fraser of Richmond Hill, Harold and Tami Hills of Rothsay; his grandchildren, Paige and Evan Hills; and his siblings-in-law, Earla Roth and Annie Campbell. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and friends.

Covid protocols will be in place and masks are required to attend visitation.

As expressions of sympathy donations to the Palmerston Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
