He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Emmerson and Loretta Emmerson (Currie); and his parents-in-law, Catherine McKenna (Bowman) and Peter McKenna. He is survived by: his wife Diane (McKenna); his children, Jason Emmerson of Stratford, Julie, Nathan Bernier, Josie and Rob McLaughlin of Palmerston; and his grandchildren, Mallory, Tyler, Niah, Lauren and Calla. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and many friends.
