We announce the death of Ruth Tomlin of Palmerston, Ontario, who passed away on July 2, 2026. Ruth will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her child Chris Tomlin; her brother Dave Pearson; and her brothers-in-law, Kevin Tomlin, Howard Savage and Ken Melville.

She is survived by: her husband Larry Tomlin; her children, Shelly McIlmoyle, Cindy Cooke of Calgary, Steve and Stephanie Tomlin of Elora; her grandchildren, Thomas Tomlin, Elizabeth, Dak Yungblut, Rachel, Mitchell MahPoy, Danielle Cooke, Jillian Tomlin and Allison Tomlin; her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Cora, Barret, Parker and Maysie; her brother Jim Pearson; and her siblings-in-law, Ruth Anne Savage, Elaine Melville, Bruce and Judy Tomlin.

As expressions of sympathy donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
