We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2023, Sonny Metzger of Palmerston, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Gordon Metzger and Eva Metzger; his brothers, Ronald, Charlie, Elwood and Laverne "Benny"; and his great grandchild Emma Metzger.

He is survived by : his wife June (Smith); his children, Paul, Tammy Metzger of Palmerston, Wayne, Bonnie Metzger of Palmerston, Gerald, Terry Metzger of Palmerston, Doug Metzger, Tracy Donaldson of Morden Manitoba, Brian and Brenda Metzger of Amherstview; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Stacey, Lindsey, Janet, Steven, Steph, Jeff, Jenilynn, Matt, Amanda, Jordan, Jamie, Chris, Tyler, Cara, Cody and Amber; and his siblings, Shirleen Pellett, Lloyd Metzger and Floyd (Dianne Metzger). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and friends.

As expressions of sympathy donations to the Frank Lambier Legion Branch 409, James Street United Church or the Palmerston Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
