He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Cooke and Vi Cooke; his in-laws, Art and Berta Goodfellow; and his brother Mike Cooke.
He is survived by: his wife Melody Cooke (Goodfellow); his sisters, Deb Lindenblatt (Randy) and Nancy Steele (Steve); and his siblings-in-law, Marj (late Ivan), Janet, Julie (Jim) and David (late Ann).
