She was predeceased by: her former husband Harold Rice; and her husband Ronald Richard Phelps. She is survived by: her caregiver Donna Lyons; her children, Cheryl Joan Atkins (Peter) and Gary (Penny); her grandchildren, Bridget Peacock (Aaron), Garett Rice (Nadine), Rachel Ferreria (Gil) and Aaron Atkins (Irene); her great grandchildren, Kody, Sheldon and William; her great great grandchild Winston; and her pet Ginny. She is also survived by her sisters and many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dwayne D. Budgell Funeral Home (1105 Rest Acres Rd, Paris, ON N3L3E3). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dwayne D. Budgell Funeral Home Chapel (1105 Rest Acres Rd, Paris, ON N3L3E3).
