He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Doreen (Porter); his sister Sandy Livingstone; his brother-in-law Lloyd Rinehart; and his father-in-law Tom Lawn.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Jack (Emma), Hayden and Cameron; his siblings, Shelley Rinehart and Sheilia Stewart; his mother-in-law Dianne Lawn; and his siblings-in-law, Kelly and Luke Donkers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many special friends.
